A live Smart Donor Hub for every grant. Indicator achievement, data quality, document coverage, RAG status - all visible the same day the grantee enters it. Grantee controls the scope. You both see the same truth.
Every three months, five grantees send five reports. Each one is a formatted version of what the data looked like a quarter ago, shaped to reassure rather than inform. You're making oversight decisions on information that's already outdated before it arrives.
When more than one grantee grants you portal access, MetriqOS recognises your email address and automatically aggregates them into a single hub - no coordination required on your end.
When you click into a grantee's tab, you're not looking at a report about their system - you're looking at their actual system. Seven live views: Overview, TriPulse™, Logframe, IPTT, MEAL Plan, DIP, and Reports. The grantee controls what's visible; within that, you see the real data, not a summary of it.
You can now see the DataPulse™ score for every grantee in your portfolio. Run it before a quarterly review, before a site visit, or any time you need it. It's the same standard across every grantee. For the first time, you have a basis for comparison.
A donor is only one of the people outside an NGO who need to see results. In MetriqOS the NGO manages three kinds of external access from one place, the External Access tab of the project, and every question they ask lands in one inbox with a named person responsible for the answer.
A personal, passwordless link to the Donor Portal of one project: overview, logframe, IPTT and the reports shared with them, in the sections the NGO switches on. Never risks, safeguarding cases, budget lines or internal notes.
The NGO adds the donor and the link is e-mailed. It can be revoked or replaced at any time, and expires after 90 days without a visit or 12 months after the invitation.
A read-only dashboard of the whole portfolio: people reached, active projects, data quality scores and headline indicator progress. No personal data of beneficiaries and no budget lines.
The NGO creates a secure link for the sponsor, valid for one year. It can be revoked instantly, and a sponsor can send a question about any project.
A read-only view of one project for a fixed engagement window: evidence in DocRadar, Reports and Compliance and the IPTT, only the sections the NGO ticks. Budgets appear as utilisation percentages, never raw figures.
The NGO sets a start and an end date. Outside those dates, or once revoked, the link opens nothing. Auditors can send written questions about the project.
Every link carries a long random secret that is checked on the server for every request. Access is read-only, expires on its own, and can be revoked by the NGO in one click. Revoked and expired links are visible in the NGO workspace and are not counted as active. Every visit is logged, and no one outside the NGO can see another organisation's data.
A question from a donor, sponsor or auditor is assigned to the project manager (or the deputy, or the organisation's administrator if there is none). If nobody answers within 2 working days the assignee is reminded, and after 5 working days it is escalated to the organisation's tenant administrator.
We are at the start of this. We would rather prove it on a real programme than ask you to take our word for it. This is the exact ask we make in every conversation.
One conversation. One grantee. Six months. No risk on your end.
